Before you call.
Do I have to sign a lease?
No. Every plan here runs month to month, including private offices. There's no initiation fee and no minimum term, and if it stops working for you, tell us and the month ends.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes, and we'd rather you did. The $30 Hot Desk Day Pass gets you ten hours with the same access members have. Most of our members started with one.
Is there parking?
Yes, on-site parking is free for members, day-pass holders and meeting guests.
Can non-members book the conference room or podcast studio?
Absolutely. Both are open to the public by the hour. Members simply get a better rate.
What are the hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm. Private office holders have 24/7 access.
Do you have non-profit or community rates?
Often, yes. The 2510 is sponsored by the Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation and supporting local organizations is the point of the building. Call and tell us about your work.
